Our Founder – Dinesh Nanayakkara SSAud

Dinesh Nanayakkara is an ASIC-registered SMSF Auditor and SMSF Association Specialist Auditor (SSAud) with over a decade of experience in superannuation audit and compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University and a Diploma of Financial Planning, bringing both technical audit expertise and strategic insight into adviser-led SMSF structures.

Dinesh leads the firm with a clear philosophy:

Seema Nanayakkara is an ASIC-registered SMSF Auditor and Director of Audit Operations at D.S Audit Services. She is responsible for the firm’s end-to-end audit delivery framework, ensuring each engagement meets the firm’s strict standards for accuracy, independence, and regulatory compliance.

With extensive experience in SMSF audit execution, quality assurance, and compliance review, Seema plays a critical role in:
